One a Day: Creating a Still Life in One Sitting 5A

Students paint a new still life in each session of this class. This alla prima method of painting a picture is a wonderful way for students to learn to be more decisive and relaxed in their painting. Individual attention is given, guiding each student to make efficient decisions about developing the painting. Students learn about color relationships, compositional choices, and capturing light and shadow.
