Mary Mason served as a nurse's aide during WWII and was later active in education and the arts in Philadelphia, particularly the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. Born in Germantown, Mrs. Hudson later lived in Valley Forge after her marriage in 1935 to Henry Lea Hudson.
