Frequently Asked Questions

UPDATED: November 9, 2021

What is Woodmere's current policy regarding vaccination status?

Due to Woodmere’s smaller gallery spaces, we’ve implemented new safety procedures as we strive to offer an experience that is safe and enjoyable for all.

For adults (age 18+): Starting November 1, proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test within the past 72 hours is required for entry into the Museum.

For children: Starting November 1, proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID test within the past 72 hours is NOT required for entry into the Museum. However, proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within the past 72 hours will be required in instances of events that require close proximity over an extended period of time (music concerts, lectures, film nights, etc.). Our children’s class registrations are limited to ensure social distancing and do not require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within the past 72 hours.

Visitors of all ages are required to wear a mask while inside the Museum regardless of vaccination status, and social distancing is highly encouraged.

If you’re not feeling well or are experiencing COVID-like symptoms on the day of a ticketed event, please call the Museum front desk to receive a full refund.

We encourage using the free app Bindle to easily and securely store your COVID test results and vaccine records as a private way to share information upon entry to the Museum. To learn more about Bindle, download the how-to guide here.
