Contributions to Woodmere are vitally important and greatly appreciated. Gifts at all levels support exhibitions, education programs, and the preservation of our collection. There are many ways to support the Museum and a selection of opportunities are listed below.

The St. Michael's Hall Project

Woodmere Art Museum acquired the property known as Saint Michael’s Hall in a real estate transaction with the Sisters of Saint Joseph on October 28, 2021. Woodmere greatly appreciates the generous showing of community support that makes possible this exciting new chapter in the trajectory of the institution.

Charitable Gift Annuities & Bequests

Provide for Woodmere’s future and your own! Learn how donors receive tax benefits and income for life through Charitable Gift Annuities. Become a member of Woodmere’s Charles Knox Smith Society with a bequest or other planned gift.

Collections and Acquisitions

Support the Museum’s ongoing efforts to conserve and preserve the permanent collection of more than 8,000 objects. Donor funds also support new acquisitions.

Education Programs

From lecture series to the Helen Millard Children’s Gallery to art class scholarships, education programs offer many ways to support the Museum.

Exhibition and Catalogue Sponsorship

Support Woodmere’s special exhibitions and their accompanying catalogues. Sponsors are recognized in the exhibition galleries, catalogues, and other printed material, and at donor events.

Matching Gifts

Memorial and Appreciation Gifts

A gift to Woodmere is a lasting tribute a thoughtful way to remember a loved one, commemorate a special occasion, or honor friends and family. Online memorial donations can be made through the Annual Fund online donation page. Please include the name of the individual that the donation is made in memory of in the comments section of the form.

Woodmere’s Donor Privacy Policy applies to all information received by our organization in any form, both online and offline, as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

When donations are processed through a third-party merchant or service provider, donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
