Every summer, children and teens participate in a unique, collaborative work of art that is installed in and around Woodmere’s Children’s Butterfly Garden. This year, students will create artworks inspired by fables and trickster tales from different cultures that communicate stories about the natural world. They will use recycled materials, wood, metal, and fabric to create creatures, wind spinners and extraordinary plants and a one-of-a-kind outdoor art installation.
Woodmere is grateful to the generous supporters who helped underwrite expenses for the Community Art Program.
