Family Program | Juneteenth

Join us for an outdoor celebration of Juneteenth with the exciting DIAMONDS Step Team of J.S. Jenks Academy of Art and Sciences. Students in grades 4-8 will honor the 1865 emancipation of enslaved African Americans with a lively dance performance that weaves the story of Juneteenth through songs of freedom and movement that expresses the joy of liberation. Refreshments to follow.
