Exhibition Opening Reception (virtual) // Impressionism: A View from Philadelphia

7:00 pm
8:30 pm
Online via Zoom

Presenter: Bill Valerio, Woodmere Director & CEO

While Pennsylvania Impressionism is generally associated with Bucks County, many of its leading practitioners were students of Robert Vonnoh at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and they remained part of our city’s art scene. Impressionism: A View from Philadelphia, which opens Saturday, May 22, will offer a Philadelphia-centric perspective on American Impressionism through works from the Museum’s collection. Join Bill Valerio for an online program welcoming Woodmere’s newest exhibition that includes a number of recent acquisitions!
This event will be held online via Zoom. Participants will receive event information via email upon registration.
FREE; Registration required
