Take a deep dive into this intimate presentation of works that elicit different sensations up close and from a distance, this exhibition offers surprise and appeals to the intellect and to emotions in equal measure. This exhibition celebrates recent acquisitions of contemporary, abstract works of art by William Daley, Charles Fahlen, James Havard, Mary Judge, Winifred Lutz, David Slovic, and Stephen Talasnik. Working in plaster, hemp, wood, paper, and gesso, these artists use simple shapes and patterns to invite sustained looking.
