Lecturer: Tobias Barrington Wolff, Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania  Law School


Professor Tobias Barrington Wolff lectures on the history of the legal institution of marriage in the United States as a product of legislative and judicial action, bringing the story up to the present day. He explores race and slavery, the status of women, the treatment of LGBT people, and the legal regulation of the family.
