Due to redistricting in Pennsylvania, most of Chestnut Hill will now be included in District 194 with Roxborough, Manayunk, and East Falls. Portions of Chestnut Hill that are not in the new district are residences west of Germantown Avenue and south of Willow Grove Avenue/Valley Green Road. Also excluded are some non-residences on the east side of Germantown Avenue. To download the map indicating the new district lines, click here.
With this change, PA Representative Chris Rabb will no longer be representing most of Chestnut Hill. Two Democratic candidates are running—the incumbent, Representative Pamela DeLissio, who has been representing Roxborough, Manayunk, East Falls, and parts of Lower Merion, and the challenger, Tarik Khan. There is no Republican candidate.
