Join us for an exclusive, member-only Gallery Talk with Associate Curator Amy Gillette of Sing, Choir of Angels. Sing, Choirs of Angels, on display in the Chandelier Gallery, spotlights the brilliant watercolors of music-making angels from Jerry and Gloria Pinkney's book Music from Our Lord's Holy Heaven. Painted to accompany hymns, psalms, and traditional African-American spirituals, the angels are heralds of joy and peace for the holiday season.
