Enjoy an evening with guest band Abstract Truth, who weave jazz, soul, R&B, rock, gospel, blues, and funk in a musical exchange between generations. Discover how samples of Nina Simone’s “Four Women,” trumpeter Herb Alpert’s “Rise,” and many jazz innovators have been recreated by contemporary performers such as Jay-Z and Puff Daddy.
