Philadelphia Music Alliance for Youth Performance

The Philadelphia Music Alliance for Youth (PMAY) Artists' Initiative is a collaboration of Philadelphia music institutions that supports students from underrepresented backgrounds in the orchestra field. PMAY's goal is to increase diversity in American professional music, especially in orchestras.
