Dolan and Miller describe the many French influences on the distinctive city we know and its three-centuries-long relationship of history, art, architecture, culture, and cuisine. Learn about France's influence during colonial and revolutionary times, the inspiration of the Champs-Élysées in the design of the Ben Franklin Parkway, the great artworks in Philadelphia's museums, and Le Bec-Fin chef Georges Perrier.
