The Art of Yoga illuminates the artistic ritual of connecting with body, mind and Self. Deeply appreciate and develop your personal process for present moment awareness, self-care and rejuvenation. Series includes:  Inspirational Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga,   Mindfulness Meditation, Breathing Practices, Guided Relaxation, Creative Visualization,  Weekly Themes for Focus. Benefits include: flexibility, stability, balance, core strength, relaxation, and calmness.  

We will practice yoga and meditation in Woodmere's Kuch Gallery (rotunda gallery downstairs), surrounded by open space, art, soft music and moments of silence.
