Discover how these ancient Chinese practices, (Qi (pronounced “chee”) meaning energy, and Gong, meaning to work with), can transform your energy, calm your mind, and restore your body's natural vitality.  

Each session blends breathing techniques, warmups, stretching, followed by gentle flowing movements and brief meditation that work together to create balance in your entire system.  

No experience needed!  All exercises can be done standing or seated and Kelly will guide you every step of the way. (Chairs will be provided.)
