"I am the older girl in this painting. I grew up in Jamestown, RI. My mother worked for Mr. Chew's mom during the summer. I was 13 and my little sister was eight years old. Although she appears to be gazing out to sea, she was actually pouting. I remember attending a party at Mr. Chew's home, displaying this painting and other works of his. It was the first time I had ever had caviar. It's an acquired taste. My mom and another sister took an art class with Mr. Chew, both still have the projects they worked on."
