Policies and Procedures for Online Classes

Explore Woodmere's new online studio opportunities. These classes will be taught by Philadelphia's finest professional artists and instructors. Enjoy making art from the comfort and safety of your home.


Online classes are held via ZoomPlease click here for information about Zoom. Students will receive a Zoom link/code for the class upon registration. 

Woodmere Art Museum membership is not required for enrollment in online classes, but Woodmere members receive discounted enrollment fees. If you are interested in the benefits of a Woodmere membership, please click here. Adult Individual and Family membership levels are available. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. 


Online, credit card, and check payments will be processed upon registration. 

Online: You may register for any of our online classes or workshops here. Payment is processed immediately and confirmed via email.

Woodmere accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and personal checks. 

Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the start date of the class. A $45 processing fee will be issued for cancellations up to one week prior to the class starting date. No refunds after the first class.

Museum Cancellation
Woodmere reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment. In the event of a cancellation, students will be notified and receive a refund. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather or another emergency, students will be notified by museum staff via phone and/or email as soon as possible.
