Bill Osman & Hildy Tow
Since the age of five, Bill, has spent countless hours (and decades) transforming household items, construction paper, and greeting card envelopes into colorful and unique works of art. An educator for 37 years, with a BA in Art Education and an Ed.M. in Creative Arts Education from Rutgers University, Bill relishes sharing his love and appreciation of the visual and performing arts with others.
Hildy is an artist and educator. She has an M.A. in Studio Art from New York University and a Post-Baccalaureate Certification in Art Education from Moore College of Art & Design. As the curator of education at Woodmere Art Museum, she has developed a variety of school and studio programs that use works of art and the art making process for learning across all disciplines. She has taught in Philadelphia public schools, regional art centers, and has led several teacher workshops.
For Hildy, teaching art is a never-ending, expanding adventure in which young artists are given the freedom and encouragement to explore materials and different processes that enliven their creativity and foster personal growth.
